What happens when my 14-day trial ends?

Your company site and data stay put. To keep using PalBlu you pick a plan — $39/mo month-to-month or $29/mo billed every 6 months. Your data is never deleted without asking.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The trial is free and doesn't ask for a card.

Can I bring my existing customer records?

Yes. Customers and Price Book items can be imported from CSV files with a preview and duplicate checks. You can also add records by hand. Need help? Email info@palblu.com.

Who can see what?

Each person gets a role — Owner, Admin, Manager, Sales, Tech or CPA (view only). Roles control which tabs they see. Techs never see payroll or HR files.

Is my data private?

Yes. Each company's records are walled off from every other company, and only signed-in members of your company can see them.
